- I have been creating 'food for functions' in the Bay for over 20 years and offer the expertise of London City and Guilds qualifications. I am a personal chef for your function.

- Focussing on your ideas I create a one-off menu using local and seasonal produce and the fantastic seafood Northland provides.
- The Bay of Islands has many specialty food artisans and I like to include their products in my creations.
- Options
- Your party or wedding may be 'a rather grand affair', el fresco, a summer buffet or an elegant barbeque.
- You may like brilliant combinations of ethnic foods or a more classical French style.
- Options include organic and vegetarian themes.
- And lastly but by no means least I make great cakes for any occasion!
- Venue
- Russell Boat Club is a popular venue (as in photo) and guests can spill out to the decks amongst the boats in Matauwhi Bay. There are also a number of other venues available.
